Our appraisals are performed to conform with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We have a Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA) on staff, with the ability to handle equipment from all areas of manufacturing, from metalworking to woodworking, rolling stock to construction equipment, and all assets in between. Our appraisals contain manufacturer, model and serial numbers, standard features and options, as well as digital photography.
Appraisals can be performed for personal use and information, as well as by lending and leasing institutions, courts, and the legal and accounting professions. We can perform them on a fair market value, orderly liquidation, and/or forced liquidation basis. Our fees are based on the time required to perform them, not on a percentage of value basis.
